What is SpeakU?
SpeakU is an English learning service. We help you find the right module for your goals, answer your questions, and support you from your first question to your first lesson.
Which module should I start with?
Start with the skill or goal you want to work on. If you are unsure of your level, the Dynamic Placement Test assesses general English and the Dynamic Speaking Test focuses on speaking. You can also tell SpeakU about your goals using the enquiry form.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Our learning programmes are designed for independent study. They use interactive activities, audio, video, exercises, and assessments, so you can work on specific skills at your own pace. The format varies by module.
Are there options for beginners?
Yes. Arrivals in English is designed for beginners at Pre-A1 and A1 levels and focuses on practical language for everyday situations. Other modules cover a range of needs; check each module page for its intended audience.
How much do the modules cost?
Each module costs $99 USD, Road to IELTS costs $199 USD, and the complete package with all modules costs $499 USD. Every option includes 6 months of access. Visit the purchase page to choose an option.
How do I access a module after enquiring?
Enquiring does not create a learning account or make a purchase. SpeakU can discuss the available access arrangements with you. Confirm the licence terms, supported devices, and technical requirements for your chosen module before getting started.
Does Road to IELTS guarantee a particular score?
No score is guaranteed. Road to IELTS provides interactive practice, advice videos, and practice tests to support preparation. Your result depends on your current level, preparation, and performance in the test.
